Less busywork. More time for your people.

I learn how your business really runs, find the gaps and the clicks you repeat all day, then build the fix: an automation, a dashboard, a website or a CRM.

For small businesses of every kind

  • Insurance agencies
  • Real estate offices
  • Vacation rentals and property management
  • Home services and contractors
  • Medical and dental offices
  • Law and accounting firms
  • Salons and spas
  • Restaurants and retail
  • Nonprofits

Find the clicks you don't need

Every business has them: the same three clicks, the same copy and paste, the same reminder, dozens of times a day. Nobody notices because it only takes a minute. Until you add it up.

Open the email Copy the address Paste it into the CRM 40 times a day
Now it happens on its own that's about 2 hours a week back

Gaps I find all the time

  • Typing the same info into two or three systems
  • A shared inbox where the important email gets buried
  • Missed calls and texts nobody followed up on
  • The same report built by hand every week
  • Tasks and reminders scattered across five places
  • No website, or one that doesn't bring in requests

How it works

  1. 1

    Let's talk

A relaxed call about your business, your tools and what eats up your day.

  2. 2

    Gather info

I watch how the work actually moves: who does what, in which app, how many clicks it takes.

  3. 3

    Find the gaps

The repeat clicks, the double entry, the handoffs that drop. You get a written plan and a clear quote.

  4. 4

    Make it happen

I build the fix, test it on your real work, train your team, and stay on for changes.

What I make

Whatever closes the gap. Built around the tools you already pay for, unless something new truly helps.

Automations

Emails, texts, forms and files go where they belong on their own: into your CRM, onto the right person's list, with a heads-up when it's urgent.

Dashboards

One screen for the whole team: sales, bookings, calls and texts, tasks and goals, pulled live from the systems you use. Works on a phone.

Websites

A clean, simple site that explains what you do and turns visitors into requests that land right in your inbox or CRM.

CRMs

A place to track every customer and lead, set up to match how you actually sell, with follow-up reminders that don't slip.

AI assistants

AI that drafts replies, sorts requests and summarizes calls and messages in your business's voice, plus templates your team can grab.

Training and care

Short, plain-English training so your team actually uses it, and changes as your business grows.

Recent work

An insurance agency

The routine work runs itself

  • Signed forms are filed to the right client automatically
  • Carrier downloads are processed without anyone clicking through them
  • Desk-phone texts and voicemails become tasks for the right person
  • The weekly team meeting report builds itself

Made: automations, reports

A real estate and vacation rental office

One dashboard for the whole team

  • Live listings, solds and price changes, credited to the right agent
  • Guest messages, texts and email read by AI, and repair requests turned into tasks
  • Text, call and email clients without leaving the dashboard
  • Goals with on-pace tracking, plus a leads pipeline

Made: dashboard, CRM, AI assistant

Hi, I'm Jen.

I run a business myself, so I know where the hours go. I spent months automating our own office: the filing, the follow-ups, the reports nobody wanted to build. Then I rebuilt it all in code so it runs reliably every day.

Jenerate AI brings that same work to other small businesses, whatever you do. I'm not here to replace your team. I'm here to give them back the hours they spend on busywork, so they can spend them on customers.

Let's talk about your busywork

Tell me a little about your business and what you'd like help with. I'll reply by email or phone, whichever you prefer.

  • No obligation. The first talk is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
  • Every project gets a written plan and quote before work starts.

Questions people ask

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Any small business with repeat work: offices, agencies, service companies, clinics, shops and nonprofits. If your team does the same steps over and over, there's usually something to fix.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. You know your business; I handle the technical side. Everything comes with a plain-English guide and training for your team.

Will I have to switch software?

Usually not. Most of the work connects the tools you already use. When a new dashboard, website or CRM makes more sense, I build it around how you work.

What does it cost?

It depends on the project. After we gather info and find the gaps, you get a written plan and a clear quote, so you know the cost before anything is built.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your own accounts. Access is limited to what each tool needs, and logins and keys are never shared over email or chat.
